Oh love triangles.
Aaron and I don't want to tell our other best friend we're dating. So I confronted John as to why he's acting the way he is. He's being passive and rude to Aaron. Apparently he's mad because his best friend stole the girl he loves away from him. Even though I told John there is only friendship between him and myself.
Boys, boys, boys.
I started reconstructing a skirt and tshirt into a dress yesterday. There's a few minor problems where I sewed the tshirt and the hem of the skirt together, but I was handsewing (first time in a while, too) so that's to be expected. I figure I'll just buy/find a waist band to conceal my mistakes. : ) I'm proud of it though! I also want to put some small details on the center of the bodice. It's just a simple jersey knit dress so I don't want to have overwhelming amounts of detail. I'm open to suggestions though! Here's the design:
