The twentieth chapter of Shattered Moments by Rurouni Star was just updated today?
It is honestly, truly the most fantastic fic I've ever read. *sighs*
It is the sequel to Out of Time (which I believe was recced somewhere. I had this temporary obsession with time-turner fics.)
It is a retelling of GoF (using alternate events. Hermione is the only one who knows Sirius' true identity-- apart from Dumbledore and Lupin) from Hermione's point of view, with a lot of subtextual Hermione ships... which is heaven for a Hermione fan, like me. :) The main ships, though, are Sirius/Hermione and George/Hermione. There IS Draco/Hermione (in my POV, although you have to look pretty hard for it) and R/Hr... and all the rest of that.
The Hermione characterisation in this fic is the best I've read for a long, long time.
