It occurs to me that while SixApart can technically (and legally) choose to censor its users- it does, after all, own this product- it would be remiss if it went as far as forbidding its users from providing links to their works. It is less roundabout, perhaps, to simply host images and fics on an alternate site than to transfer wholesale the contents of a long-used journal to another, potentially incompatible journal. It also leaves them with very little to complain about- the contents of the link are not, after all, their responsibility.
And, frankly, Wordpress is superior software.
(If I'm slightly incoherent, it's because it's 5:20 AM and I'm finally too tired to stay awake. But hey- I'll clarify what I can, if ye want.)
