You guys, I've been trying to start this stupid sweater for WEEKS (there kept being yarn disasters, it's a long story) and today I FINALLY got the right yarn and got it cast on and the gauge is right and I happily knitted seven rounds and it looks AWESOME ( Read more... )

And then the yarn gets all roughed up and fluffy from being ripped out and IT WILL NEVER BE PERFECT AGAIN. ::single tear::

Dude, honestly, I am not sure there are actually any good hobbies. Sports fans? Nope. Baking? The stress and heartbreak of yeast that won't rise! There's nothing that can't become stressful and evil on you >:(
