"tripple decker"

I need to come home. i mean i really need to.

so heres why i hate southbridge.
today, at work, we were discussing the differences between words in the south and north. for instance, they asked what i call the thing youd rink out of in the hall (disclaimer:: i work and live in southbridge. i do not drink the water here. it is dirty like in mexico. it could be because of the population but lets not go there. im serious if you fill a glass out of my sink you can see black flecks in it.::)
anyway i said "water fountain" and htey said "yeah thats the thing outside that shoots water up int he air. the thing in the hall is bubbler." ok ok fine. i remember that word from when i was little.
then carol brings up the point that "in the south they call soda 'pop'"
i argued this and said that the only people i've ever heard say such a thing were from the midwest, not the south.
Renee, who lives in southbridge and just had herself a strangely dark skinned baby much to my surprise as her and her husband are quite caucasion, said "and in the south they dont have tripple deckers"
me: "what? tripple decker? what is that?"
renee: " like a house with three floors that three families live in. one on each floor"
my immediate response was "dude. no. we DEFINETLY dont have that."
and i begin tot hink "ew." and i really dont remember that from when i was little because i lived in a little town in connecticut not a freakin crackweilding ghetto such as southbridge. where families bought their own houses and people did not live in government owned welfare shacks.
