That Awkward Teenage Phase
Originally uploaded by inkognitohI was thwarted in my attempt to move on to the next mooring spot over the weekend. Both Little Venice and Paddington Basin were chock full of boats. Little Venice has always been a bit of a problem (it's a popular spot for some reason) but Padding during the winter was virtually empty. I guess this is how it is going to be all summer long. I wasn't too bothered to be honest, I just turned round and came back to Kensal Green. I don't mind it there even if the walk to the tube is stupidly long.
Enduring gale force winds, I managed to do some more gardening and now have some coriander and some mixed lettuce seeds in the ground. I also added pansies, marigolds, fuscia and lavender to the floral mix. I am enjoying my garden very much :) One of my neighbours was harvesting their rooftop potatoes and I was reminded of atenea_nike's success and re-vowed to plant my own in March next year.
My photo of graffiti in Christiania now appears in a Liz Editions book. I am quite pleased with it but not pleased enough to shell out hte cash for a copy LOL!
Aren't my goslings fattening up nicely? :)
