Angels and Broyay

I honestly think that right now, there is no fandom I love more than Supernatural. SO MUCH LOVE. I'm finally all caught up on season 4, and now I'm watching all the episodes that Mr. Junket missed with him, which means I get to enjoy them all over again, and then when that's done I get to start back at season 1 and watch everything all the way through and and and and! It's like I'm watching for the first time Frank and Gerard make out on stage, or Arthur has just asked Merlin why he called him "friend," or Fraser just got back from his trip to the Yukon ... Territories... thing and is measuring Ray K's nose, or like all those things rolled into one. I am totally geeking out. I ♥ fandom so much.

I really want to share a few recs even though I think the last project I had decided to work on was um, Frank/Gerard recs?

First of all, Castiel + Dean = OTP. Castiel's an angel of the lord! Dean's on a mission from Gad! MFEO. The thing is, I'm so picky about my Castiel/Dean. I've read poked around a bit but I've only found 2 stories that I love:

• Surprise, a short ficlet by spiny. Castiel likes to watch Dean sleep.
• And of course dsudis's There's a Design, which I've recced before, I can't stop rereading. ♥

Secondly, I can't help it, I love the broyay. I've been working through all of astolat's Supernatural fic. I especially love:

• Groundhog Day. Like the title says.
Oh, and Punxsutawney - also awesome.

• Old Country. Sam and Dean go to Hogwarts. It's not an AU, it's a merging of post-book 7 HP, mid-season 3 SPN... and it's lovely.
• Leader of the Pack. Pet hellhounds. ♥

Thirdly, VIDS!

• The Way I Am by killabeez. It's broyay, but it doesn't have to be slashy if you don't want to see it that way. I just love it, and I love their relationship so much.
• Crawled Into the Sea by spiny. Short Castiel/Dean - the way Castiel looks at Dean! ♥ ♥ ♥
