so evaluating based solely on the appropriateness and temperence of the weather, this has been the best summer, ever. that is a fair criteria even if it doesn't really encompass anything other than the arbitrary fits and starts of moisture and wind.

i am going for a second interview to become a file clerk at a medical center like that guy in American Splendor. The money is bad but i can cope with that cuz the job stays at the office. Something i don't understand anymore is that my last several jobs were more like lifestyle choices - no time was safe from your job: calls, ideas, or the petting and massaging of various egos would pop up like unwelcome blemishes at the worst times. i look forward to the distance between starting and ending a job. i have long since given up on the idea that one can find a fulfilling job - not anymore. creativity is stifled and feared anymore, political correctness went from an excellent idea concerning the equal treatment of equal humans to something coopted by the stupid humorless suits who couldn't figure out the only real offensive thing taking place in corporate america today is the raping of human spirit in a manner only capitalism can call progress. bah. i am done writing...
