I have been sitting in front of the computer for literally the whole damn day. I haven't even been goofing off as much as I normally do. I've just been trying to batter SPSS into giving me results on the data Judy's going to ask me about tomorrow, which I told her I'd have results on two weeks ago (and have promised to provide imminently every time we've talked about it since then). I actually ran the tests, but SPSS has deteriorated to the point that it crashes while trying to read its own output files! I guess the other thing I spent a substantial amount of time on today was studying R, so at least I can look forward to not having more of this garbage to deal with in the future.

Well, tomorrow I'll switch to the dell laptop and get things fixed up. SPSS is marginally more reliable on Windows.
