Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and its subsequent seasons is the sort of show where I don't have the inclination to either read or write fic. On the other hand, I do love a good fanvid for this show. Especially StrikerS (third season, for those of you who're uninitiated) is very vidable, it seems.

Cut for links and a picture )
It took me until halfway through the first vid to notice the "OO" in the title and realise where I knew that song from. Not that it's a bad song, but geeze, Gundam 00's theme songs were so generic. @.@
That said, fanvids, yay! It's almost scary how powerful a good vid can be. *pounces*

Yep, that's Chrono and Amy (you remember Amy from the first two shows?) and their two kids. I've heard they were named in one of the sound stages, but damned if I can find the reference to it.

(Though that's mentioned in a fanfic - I'm actually reading a Nanoha fanfic? - while the Nanoha wiki and normal Wikipedia list the kids as "unnamed". The AN in that fanfic said the names were from the sound stages, but...)

Speaking of the supplementary manga and Chrono/Amy, look at this page: http://www.mangafox.com/manga/mahou_shoujo_lyrical_nanoha_strikers_the_comics/c001/12.html
(Besides Amy shipping (doomed) Yuuno/Nanoha) Do you think the kids came before or after the wedding?

Chrono/Amy reminds me of Star Wars Episode I (which, in another coincidence, was aired here the same week you brought it up); my mind has severe difficulty processing that the girl involved is young enough to be shipped with the boy. But anyway...
I'm not sure I can tell everyone apart on that page. o_o;; I probably need to read the whole thing from the start. (I should anyway.) But you're right, it is a bit vague whether the secret was the wedding or the kids. Also, sorry to whoever said it, but no, Yuuno and Nanoha has not failed to happen because they're both workaholics. It's because Nanoha has already happened with Fate. :3

In the epilogue of A's, set five years later (so half-way between A's and StrikerS), they look a lot more close in age, so I think Chrono just needed to go through a growth spurt.
BTW...
OMAKE!

Amy looks sixteen, while Chrono - well, I thought he was eleven.
Yeah, exactly. There was a scene in the first series where Lindy(?) kicks up a fuss about Nanoha (and/or Fate?) being way too young to be involved in the conflict, and all I could think was "THEY're too young, but YOUR OWN SON of THE SAME age ISN'T?".
*sigh* The more you know.

There's one other aspect to that, besides him being older. Lindy knows what Chrono's capabilities are - she knows he's been thoroughly trained by the Liese twins, and that he's graduated from the TSAB Academy. The only thing she knows about Nanoha and Fate is that they have a lot of power, and they recklessly nearly caused an inter-dimentional incident.
Nanoha and Fate knock Chrono out of the ballpark when it comes to raw magical power, but they don't have his level of discipline and combat pragmatism.
Notice also how Lindy deputizes Nanoha to work on Fate's case once she knows her better, and lets Fate work with them once she knows her better. They're children, but also resources. At the same time, she seems set on letting them actually be children when they can.
I...sort of want to write family fic with Fate, Lindy and Chrono now. And that after I declared MGLN to be one of those shows I can't read or write for.
And oh, how I need a MGLN icon.
