Last night at the CSC, Tor convinced me to try pizza with anchovies for the first time. A childhood dream, thank you Ninja Turtles... It was so awful and so excellent at the same time (the black olives didn't help!) An end-of-school victory dance perhaps?
Last night I also found a paper where a UofT prof implements my brilliant idea. I came up with it two weeks ago, but this guy's version was developed a year ago and the paper was updated January. Clearly, he stole my idea. Stupid Canadian Research Chairs... Thinking they know everything... >.>
Working on project... I have some bizarro results, some desperate ideas, and some difficult optimization problems I don't understand. It's going to be a busy weekend... :) I've been spending a lot of time staring out into space, visualizing matrices and performing mental operations on them. I hope this doesn't make me senile.

Hrrmm, now if only I were still an undergrad, I could enter this most intriguing undergraduate OR competition. I strongly encourage any UW ugrads out there to participate.
