so, yeah, Jodi definitely found someone else. it's bothering me less now, but I can't help but see the opportunity lost. oh well. I've had my eye on two different girls lately, both of them I have seen on campus multiple times, but never really spoken to. the first is this girl I always see wearing a hat or head covering of some kind. she obviously has short hair, but she's still very pretty, and as Ethan put it "a large chest" (although I was more interested in her face- very pale). I actually only noticed her because she was sitting alone, and there were no unoccupied tables, so, I had to find somewhere to sit. I didn't sit with her, though, but nearby, at which point I thought "oh hey, she's cute... damn, I should have sat over there." and then Ethan showed up and we were chatting. hilariously enough, this girl actually had two different boys come up and hit on her.
the other one is a short, very skinny muslim girl, whom I've seen around since I came to Solano. she's friends with Kendra- I've seen them walk togetherr before; which reminds me, I haven't seen Kendra in a long time. but I see this girl in the mornings, coming out of French 1 while I'm entering French 2 (they're the same room). she smiles and stares at me, and I return the gesture. I guess I don't completely know what she looks like, though, since she wears a burka, but she does have very pretty eyes, and a nice smile. although I don't completely think she likes me, I should at least talk to her- she seems nice.
there were also two other girls checking me out on Friday: a cute girl with freckles, who was watching me pour a bunch of syrup on my pancakes (Dion asked me if I would like pancake with my syrup), and laughing and smiling at me; we exchanged a few words, but not much else. I'm not conceited, but I know that look: it says something like, "that's funny- you're cute!" the other one was the cash-register girl, the one Joey thinks is cute, who complimented me, and... well, she was checking me out.. just a little. hahaha!
I'm tired today. I've been staying up late and not getting the extra sleep to make up for it recently. last night I was playing Halo 3 and Gears Of War 2 with Chris (Christina's Boyfriend Chris- Mr. Cowboy Hat). it was fun, and a long night, we actually played from 9 to 2:15 and I didn't even realize it. before I saw the clock, I thought it was about 12:30. but yeah, it was fun. I was also playing the Resident Evil 5 Demo with him. we kept dying on Public Assembly, so we moved on to the other level, Shantytown, which we also kept dying on. but we eventually beat that: the chainsaw guy kept running after me, and I eventually got into the rythym of running in circles and turning back to shoot him. we both actually ran out of special weapon ammunition, and I got the last shot on him using my pistol to his head. at that point, I was almost mad the demo was ending. hahaha! but that's what a demo is supposed to do! oh, I've also been playing the new Call Of Duty, and.. well, I don't like it. I just don't like it. it's a fine game, but it's not fun or suspenseful or exhilirating. just kind of tedious and frustrating and boring. Condemned: Criminal Origins is frightening- really, really frightening.
not much else is going on, though. I'm thinking about doing some Microtransactions on Xbox Live: I want to get Castle Crashers, that game is a lot of fun.
