Restaurant Love

As you know you probably don't, but whatever I went to a fancy restaurant on New Yer's Eve. It's called Neo-Callista and I ate this dish called Sleeping Butterfly- it's roasted (?) chicken with smoked beef inside it. It's delicious, but I thought the sauce was a bit spicier than I would've liked
