Restaurant Love
As you know you probably don't, but whatever I went to a fancy restaurant on New Yer's Eve. It's called Neo-Callista and I ate this dish called Sleeping Butterfly- it's roasted (?) chicken with smoked beef inside it. It's delicious, but I thought the sauce was a bit spicier than I would've liked.
Then it was New Year! They gave out free cardboard trumpets before the countdown starts, and had a fireworks display. It was pretty awesome.
Also, the waiters all dressed up as something (it's like seeing cosplayers serving expensive dinners). We got a waitress who was a pirate (Dad, embarassingly asked whether the moustache was real or not), but there was Batman and this ghosty-thing I kinda wanted the Spiderman guy because it reminds me of Bando Spiders
There was a band singing English songs (and they were GOOD at it, unlike most Indonesian bands), and they were dressed up as cowboys singing country songs or something of the like.
At New Year, there were confettis too, and prizes being given out. Fun.
