(no subject)
Plans for today:
World of Warcraft: I am officially bored with the game right now. My character Burnnotice on Bloodscalp is not completely epic'd out... but close enough that I have stopped caring. I have completed a majority of the achievements (4200 or some such nonsense) and I just stopped caring. Anything else that I do on the character will just be grinding rep. I am just tired of doing that. That's all that's really left to do. Grinding rep for the various factions and then perhaps some of the Heroic achivements... and I don't care anymore.
Work: Still unemployed. My interview on Friday with my previous company didn't go so well. I am pretty sure that they are not going to call me back for a face to face interview. I have two interviews scheduled for this week. One with a publishing company near my house that involves zero amount of travelling and the other with a consulting company's Tax department that requires close to 75% travelling. I would perfer the second one only because I would be able to rack up frequent flier miles so that I can visit friends and family located around the US. Also the second job is a permanent job with the company itself so that I would get my benefits and a significant pay raise to what I was making at my previous company.
I have been applying for jobs in Washington, Southern California, and the District of Columbia because the job market in Chicago is pretty slim and because I think that I have applied for every single job.
Personal: Nothing happening... I am not sure where I stand with the girl from the UK that I have been talking to. I am just tired of playing games with people. I especially hate the whole dating game. Whatever. I also haven't making any unnecessary trips away from the house because I am trying to save money so I haven't really met anyone.
