Maybe I'm being possessed...
Yeah I just watched the newest Amityville Horror movie. I'd have to say the one with Margot Kidder was better. She's a lot hotter than the girl in the newest one too. I'll be her Superman, y'am sayin? Bomp chicka bwah bwah.
And for the ladies...I'd say that James Brolin was more of a manly man than Ryan Reynolds. Wears a beard better too.
The original was better in my opinion. And not just because it was the original. I hate when people automatically assume the original or the book was "better" before they've even seen the newer one. Sometimes it is true, sometimes it isn't. In this case, it was true. Anyway, if you fancy a good ole fashioned horror flick, check out the original.
But before I go, I say "maybe I'm being possessed," because I had a funny little coincidence happen whilst I was watching the movie. Right before the dude goes ape shit and tries to kill everyone...the clock hits 3:15 (as it does several times throughout the movie). Anyway, I looked at the clock and it was 3:15 at the same time. Was pretty nifty. Then I thought "Hell, I'm always cold...I hear voices...maybe someday I'll wig out and go after my family with an axe." One can only hope...
