Well, this is a day which is quite unique in many a way inDEED. First of all -> every second, minute, hour, day, week, month, year from hereon will be a span of time I have spent out of the army longer than the time I spent in it. The big 6 month anniversery. I can now officially start healing the mental scars, and maybe eventually stop saying "sain" and "he gar inga meir herr undersergeant, ja e fö feeeit!" (no, they won't make sense to you unless you know Swedish and Finnish). So, a big day indeed!
Edit : Well. Hm. Got out 6th of January. That's month one. Then February, month two. March, month three. April, month four, may, month five, and now June, month six. Yeah. So, so, six month is correct. Except this is only my official 5th update. Err. Yeah. Alright. It all makes sense now.
Secondly -> It's the 6th of June 2006. 06/06/06. 6.6.06. A hundred years ago, at the start of the 20th century, there was another day like this. And a hundred years before that, another day, just like it! But! Mind, mind -> in another hundred years, who knows how 2106 will be spelled out? 06.06.'106? Maybe! Which means this is (maybe!) the last time this day will ever be spelled out 6.6.6! Like, wow! Aren't we special. First Lordi wins the Eurovisions, and now we might be experiencing the last day of the beast in recorded human history! Take THAT!
Anyway, what are the haps?
- going to Canada the week after next O.o omg.
- paid bills & rent 'till September ; left-over moolah --> PLENTY. Ehehe. I is rich.
- going to Engeland in August. Will be great fun!
- Finished teaching! Summer vacation!
- ...err...still have some French...to do... >_< Gngh.
About it. Yes, I know. I live such an exciting life. Ah well. I'm going to Canada! Yaaay!
Aright, that was my official 6 month update. General mood : Sweeeeeeet.
By the way. "Caligatum" comes from "caligula", which is a kind of word for soldier. "In exercitu" should mean "in the army". Ergo, caligatum in exercitu means "soldier in the army". I think. Bah. I've had one course in latin, gimme a break!
