Okay, not only is this asshole parked directly on the line, taking up two spaces, but they have a HANDICAP PLATE. And if you look off to the left of that picture, do you know what you see? You see that there are TWO EMPTY HANDICAP SPACES. They have single handedly taken up FOUR spaces, during a busy lunch hour outside my beloved Brueggers.
