That's Arethusa bulbosa, which we went hunting for at Stafford Forge WMA. This plant is S2 in New Jersey (6-20 occurrences), and this is only the second place I've seen it. And see it we did; we found 99 of them. The rest of the pictures from that spectacular hike are
