A/N: With Greendale saved again, it's time for the next generation of students to enter. That means it's time to meet the next study group. Chapter 4.
I was looking at some of my old fics about Jenna King while I was working on the fic series and I thought it would be a good idea to go with this crazy idea to have them meet not just the Save Greendale Committee but the Greendale Seven also. So enjoy and tell me what you think.
Elizabeth Gillies as Jenna King
Daniella Bobadilla as Madison Rivera
Ciara Bravo as Ella Rumpskin
Joe Jo as Leonardo 'Leo' Lee
Max Carver as Brett Peters
Charlie Carver as Eric Peters
Jenna King looks at the cellphone lying on the Study Table Mark II. Madison Rivera, Ella Rumpskin, Eric Peters and Leonardo “Leo” Lee wait for Jenna’s next move. Jenna reaches for the phone. They all look in anticipation. She stops and pulls back. Madison groans as she is getting tired of waiting.
“Just call him already.” Madison shouts.
“No. I’ve haven’t seen him since the beginning of the year and I left him when he needed support. I’m not going to suddenly call him and say, Hey Jeff, it’s Jenna. Sorry for leaving you at your death bed but I’m back.” Jenna said.
“This is the lamest thing we’ve done since we became a group. Why can’t we do something fun? Like paintball?” Leo asks.
“Guys, Jenna needs to finally be able to talk to her uncle again.” Madison said.
“She doesn’t need to talk to him. We’re still not talking to my brother.” Eric said.
“That’s because Brett’s a douchebag.” Madison said.
“We’ll it’s good to see you’ve finally past your schoolgirl crush on him.” Eric said.
Madison gasps.
“Guys, play it cool.” Jenna said. She takes the cellphone and writes a text message. She sends it and gives the cellphone to Madison. “There. Happy?” she asks them.
At that moment Jeff Winger, Annie Edison, Britta Perry, Shirley Bennett and Abed Nadir walk into the Study Room. Jeff is looking at the text while the others look angry. Abed’s face is the only one that is deadpan as he looks at the group sitting around the study table.
“You were here this whole time! In our Study Room!” Jeff shouts in anger after reading the text.
“Shame on you, Jenna! I thought you would be in a better place now but not anymore.” Shirley said.
“This is no way for you to express your independence, Jenna. You wouldn’t be in this situation if you had followed my advice in confronting Jeff about getting you a bed. He does not control your life…” As Britta starts rambling on, Jenna’s group groans at her.
“She’s really is the worst.” Eric said shaking his head.
“Is this a study group? Does that make you guys a spinoff?” Abed said as he looks at the situation, frighten. Ella looks at him and starts thinking.
“Abed, we are not a TV show. This is us confronting my niece for running away and not letting us know why.” Jeff said.
“Why are you frightened?” Ella asks Abed.
“Excuse me Jeff but I think the thought of you dying is a good enough excuse for me." Jenna said.
“No it’s not. Jenna, this is your uncle that took you in this year because you were a frightened teenager that didn’t know what to do.”
Annie said.
“Actually, she’s 21.” Madison said.
Annie, Shirley and Britta gasps at this.
“I knew there was something off about her.” Shirley said.
“Does every Winger lie about their age?” Britta asks.
“Jenna is not a Winger. She’s nothing like her uncle.” Eric said.
“Scotch, Pool, Winger Speeches. Nope, not picturing her as Jeff with boobs.” Leo said, bluntly.
“You’re not helping, Leo.” Madison said.
“Why are you afraid that we’re a spinoff, Abed?” Ella asks her focus entirely on Abed.
“We’re not a TV show, Ella. Don’t be like Abed.” Jenna said.
“Hey, don’t say that about Abed.” Annie said.
“But it’s okay that you guys can judge Jenna? I don’t think any of you have the right to do that. Besides, you had a drug addiction.” Madison said pointing out Annie.
“Hey, you leave Annie out of this.” Jeff said.
“And you leave Madison out of this. I think it’s interesting that you always come in to defend her, Jeff. Pretty soon she’ll have complete control over.” Jenna said.
Annie gasps.
“This is a crossover. We shouldn’t be doing a crossover.” Abed said.
“This is getting pretty good.” Leo said as he takes out some popcorn from his bag and starts eating.
“Can I have some, Leo?” Eric asks.
“Sure?” Leo replies as he passes some popcorn to Eric. They’re eating start making crumbs on the table.
“Boy, you better clean that mess up.” Shirley said looking at the crumbs on her spot of the table.
“Hey, don’t get in our conversation.” Eric and Leo said together.
“Don’t talk to Shirley like that. You guys are the worst-” Brita said before Leo and Eric groans at her.
“Jenna you don’t have any right to talk to me about Annie like that. Apologize.” Jeff said.
“You don’t have any right to tell Jenna what to do.” Madison said.
“I’m her legal guardian.” Jeff said.
“Screw you, Jeff.” Jenna said.
“If this is a crossover?” Ella said as she looks at the Study Table.
“We wouldn’t even have this conversation anyway if you haven’t left.” Annie said.
“So what do you think of the situation in Ukraine, Eric?” Leo asks.
“I don’t know, Leo. I’m too busy complaining about it to my friends instead of doing anything about it.” Eric said.
Britta gasps.
“Oh you boys are this close to having your faces taste that wall.” Shirley said showing how close with her fingers are.
“It’s a crossover. It’s a crossover. It’s a crossover.” Abed said as he starts to repeat himself.
“Screw me? No screw you. You can’t even enjoy the benefits of macaroni.” Jeff said.
“I can if you didn’t eat it all. Oh wait, before you do anything else, can you get the dagger you stabbed off my back?” Jenna remarks.
“No, you get the dagger you stabbed off my back.” Jeff said.
“You guys are being ridiculous.” Annie said.
“Same to you, dunderhead.” Madison said.
“Excuse me, what was that you little demon?” Annie asks getting piss off.
“Oh, sorry how about I sing you two a song to make you feel better.” Jenna said. “Something always brings me back to you.” Jenna starts to sing.
Ella realizes what Abed means by crossover and leaves the room as everyone continues arguing with each other. She comes back with a fire extinguisher. She sprays everyone with it. Everyone stops arguing as they recover from the assault.
“Damn it, Ella. Do you want to be charged with assault? Jesus.” Jenna said as she rubs her eyes from the spray.
“Don’t say the lord’s name like that!” Shirley said as she cleans her purse from the spray.
“Guys. This is a crossover. The only reason a crossover would happen to us is because everything is about to go into complete chaos.” Ella said.
Suddenly the PA system turns on. The voice of Dean Craig Pelton is heard by everyone.
“Quick announcement everyone, the library is officially close as of today due to a personal purchase by Hawthorne Wipes. It will now become the Memorial of Pierce Hawthorne shrine. I’m sorry everyone.” Dean Pelton announces in the PA system.
Everyone in the room is surprise by this. Dean Pelton’s crying can be heard in the PA system.
“So it begins.” Abed said.

Jeff’s and Jenna’s study group storm into the Dean’s office. Dean Pelton is sobbing on his desk.
“What the hell, Craig?” Jeff said.
“Why the hell did you sell the library?” Jenna said.
“Stay out of this!” Jeff and Jenna said to each other.
“What’s the hell with the glove, Michael Jackson?” Jeff asks finally noticing Jenna’s gloved hand.
Jenna puts her gloved hand in Jeff’s face. He gasps in disgust.
“That is never coming off.” Jenna said.
“Like you don’t deserve it.” Jeff said. The two start to argue again.
“The parallels of each of us are amazing.” Ella said to Abed.
“Does that mean you like to eat buttered noodles?” Abed asks.
“I do.” Leo said, happily.
“Okay never mind.” Ella said.
“Knock it off you two! We have more important matters at hand.” Annie yells at them.
“I’m sorry guys but I had to. It’s for Pierce.” Dean Pelton said.
“Exactly.” A voice said behind them.
The groups turn as Gilbert Larson is sitting on a chair behind them.
“Gilbert!” Jeff’s group shouts in surprise.
“Who is this and how did we all not notice him when we came in?” Leo asks.
“My name is Gilbert Lawson. CEO of Hawthorne Wipes. My brother used to be a student here at Greendale, before his tragic accident.” Gilbert said.
“Pierce’s accident happened because he filled canisters of his sperm and gave it to us.” Jeff said.
Jenna’s study group looks at Jeff’s study group disgust by Jeff’s statement.
“You guys got canisters of an old man’s sperm?” Ella asks.
“And don’t use it?” Leo asks. Everyone in the room looks at Leo. “What?” he asks.
“Gilbert, you can’t just get rid of the library to build a memorial.” Annie said to Gilbert.
“I’m not. Pierce’s will state that he only wants one room to be the memorial. Some room called, Group Study Room F.” Gilbert said. The group gasps.
“You’re just going to let this happen?” Shirley asks.
“It’s been almost 4 months since Pierce died, and you’re doing this now?” Britta asks.
“It was a long will.” Gilbert said.
“This is Pierce we’re talking about here. You can’t trust anything he thinks. He thought I was gay.” Jeff said.
“You’re not?” Gilbert asks.
“That’s beside the point, what can we do to change your mind on this?” Madison asks.
“You can’t.” A voice calls out outside the office as Brett Peters comes in.
“Brett!” Jenna’s group shouts in surprise. Abed looks at the similarities of Brett and Eric.
“Your study group has evil twins? Cool, Cool, Cool, Cool.” Abed said.
“What the hell, bro. I thought you transfer out of here?” Eric asks.
“I did, but I thought about it and I think it’s time for some payback. I’m the head architect for the memorial and this contract states I can get you losers arrested if you interfere with the construction. So please do something stupid so I can see your asses go to jail.” Brett said as he takes out a contract. Brett and Gilbert leave as Brett’s laughter is heard outside.
“Maybe I can try to talk to them.” Dean Pelton said as he leaves.
“I really need to get my taste of men in line.” Madison said.
“If he’s an architect, how come he needed our help in math?” Ella asks Madison.
“Stop it! You guys are not helping.” Jeff said.
“Why? Cause they’re not your friends, Jeff! We can be just as good as you guys.” Jenna said.
“I’ll like to see you try.” Jeff said.
“Guys! This is exactly like how a crossover goes. We meet, argue, join forces, and then celebrate together.” Abed said.
“This is not a crossover, Abed!” Jeff said.
“Yeah, I don’t see Professor Hickey anywhere.” Shirley said.
“Maybe it’s because he’s spending time with his son playing Dungeons & Dragons instead of having a therapist babysit me.” Jenna remarks to Jeff.
“I didn’t babysit you on that day.” Britta said.
“Seriously you’re still going back to how I never cared for you? I took you in when you didn’t have anyone else. You should be glad that I let you into my life.” Jeff said.
“You let six strangers into your life and you gave them more love than I ever got.” Jenna shouts.
“Wait! That’s it.” Ella said.
“What are you talking about?” Annie asks.
Ella walks around the office.
“In the 50th anniversary of Inspector Spacetime, The Case of the Inspector, The Inspector meets not one but two previous incarnations of himself. If we put the idea that the study group is the inspector, we are missing one more group.” Ella said.
The room is silent by Ella’s idea before Britta speaks out.
“That was totally meaningless.” She said.
“I hate to say this Ella but Radiohead blonde is right. We don’t count. There was only one study group that everyone in this school cares about and they’re right there.” Eric said pointing out Jeff’s group.
“They’re not all here actually. We know them as the Save Greendale Committee.” Ella counters. “We need The Greendale Seven. Seven strangers that came to study Spanish together became a family here. What we need isn’t to fight each other but to band together. All of us.” She said looking Jenna.
“What do you mean by all of us?” Abed asks.
“I think she means us.” Leo said motioning to Jenna’s group.
“No, she saying all of us like we need to get more people.” Abed said.
Abed’s face comes to the same realization as Ella.
“Are you telling me?” Abed asks.
“Time travel.” Ella said smiling.
The room is silent for a moment. Everyone except Abed and Ella start laughing.
“This story was pretty logical until this point.” Abed said, unhappy by Ella’s response.
“Are you serious, Ella?” Leo asks laughing.
“Yes, I am. Seriously if he said it you’ll all believe him, but if I said it you laugh your heads off.” Ella said pointing out Abed, angry by their reaction.
“Hold on.” Jenna said still laughing. “If you found a way to time travel, how come you never told any of us before?” she asks.
“Because I didn’t want you to think you can stop your parents’ death.” Ella said.
Everyone in the room suddenly stops laughing.
“Are we serious, here?” Shirley asks. Ella nods. Ella walks to the Dean’s desk as she takes out her laptop from her bag.
“Time is very complicated and everything that we know gets thrown off the window but events in our lives that we experience is all part of destiny. Destiny is the only thing you can’t change. It’s the little things that we do that can change. These little things can set up major changes in time that becomes part of destiny. Like throwing a dice can make six different timelines.” Ella said as she puts her laptop on the desk and turns it on.
Jeff and Jenna shrugs at Ella’s mention of other timelines. Ella starts typing on her laptop as everyone gathers around her. She takes out a flash drive. The flash drive is bright silver with a Greendale Community College logo on it.
“This flash drive can transport us through time to make sure that we can all talk to Pierce and get him to change his will.” Ella said as she puts the flash drive into her laptop.
“Really, a flash drive?” Annie asks.
“Well, I was thinking about making a box but then everyone wouldn’t fit in it. Also this flash drive was dead until I found a way to reenergize it.” Ella said.
“Wow, Jenna. You got some characters in your group.” Britta said.
“At least none of us are the worst.” Eric said.
“Play nice guys.” Ella said.
“Why?” Madison asks.
“Because she needs us to convince Pierce to change his will.” Abed said.
“No, Abed. Pierce is dead and we aren’t going to help them.” Jeff said.
“What if there is a way to go back and change a very important moment of our life?” Abed asks Jeff. “Would we not take the chance to fix it or continue on with our mistakes? If we do nothing, we still lose the study room. Help them and we might have a chance to continue on?” He asks.
The room is quiet as Annie nods her head.
“Alright let’s do this.” Annie said.
Jeff’s group starts to agree except for Jeff.
“Guys, this is completely ridiculous. We don’t need to go back in time. We just need to convince Gilbert to not turn the room into Pierce’s shrine.” Jeff said.
“Wow, he is very resisted.” Madison said.
“And into anticlimax.” Abed said.
“Guys, seriously. What the hell are you two doing?” Jeff shouts as he notices Leo and Eric stripping down to their underwear.
“Everyone knows you have to be naked to time travel.” Leo said.
“No you don’t.” Ella argues back as she finishes typing. “Alright, done. Everyone brace themselves.” Ella gets in a football player stance as she press the enter key on her laptop.
Everyone but Jeff brace themselves for a moment like Ella. They wait for a bit but nothing happens. They slowly relax except Abed and Ella.
“Is something supposes to happen?” Annie asks.
“See, this is ridiculous.” Jeff said.
Suddenly a flash of light comes off from the laptop.

May 9th, 2013
The past study group waits for Past-Jeff to roll the dice. Past-Jeff looks at the dice before saying, “On second thought, who needs to roll a die?”
At that moment across the other side of Group Study Room F, the combine study groups of Jeff’s and Jenna’s from the current day come crashing down to the floor from thin air. The past study group looks across at the surprise of seeing their future selves in a pile with Jenna’s study group. Leo and Eric are in their underwear as their clothes have landed on them. The only people that did not crash into the pile were Abed and Ella as they land on one of the couches. Ella is holding her laptop with the flash drive when she lands.
“What the hell!” Jeff shouts in pain.
“Okay who’s touching my butt?” Annie asks.
“Sorry.” Madison said.
“This wouldn’t have happened if we were all naked.” Leo shouts.
The past study group continue to stare at their future selves. Jeff’s and Jenna’s group get up. Abed and Ella starts to lock the doors and close the binds.
“Who the hell are you guys?” Past-Jeff asks.
“It’s us from the future. Hi, Future Abed.” Past-Abed said.
“Hi, Past-Abed, Past-Troy.” Abed said.
“Future Abed! Wait, do any of you guys smell monkey gas?” Past-Troy asks as he sniffs the air in the room.
“That’s the after effect smell.” Ella said as she fixes her pink glasses.
“I understand the thought of time travel and all but who are these people?” Past-Britta asks pointing to Jenna’s study group.
“We’re Greendale’s Next Generation.” Leo said proudly.
Jenna’s study group gives Leo a hard stare for that statement.
“What? That’s what the school would probably call us.” Leo said. Jenna’s group shrugs at him.
“I’m Jenna King, Jeff’s niece.” Jenna said introducing herself to the past study group. The past study group gasps. “This is my study
group.” Jenna said as the past study group gasps some more.
“Your group has strippers? Oh dear.” Past-Shirley asks looking at Eric and Leo.
“They’re not that special.” Jeff said as he walks to Past-Jeff and shakes his hand. “Also, she’s more of a problem then you think.” Jeff said as the two Jeff’s smile at each other.
“I knew it! Jeff traveled back in time to sleep with himself.” Past-Pierce shouts.
“Eww, Pierce!” Everyone shouts out together except Jenna as she smiles at the remark.
“Wait! Where’s future Troy and Pierce?” Past-Annie asks looking around.
“That’s what we’re here to tell you!” Annie said.
“Oh god! I died in the future and you guys came back in time to warn me!” Past-Troy screams in realization.
“Wrong person. Pierce is dead.” Madison said.
“Oh, now I feel sad.” Troy said.
Past-Pierce laughs at this. “No way I’m dead. I’m probably in an energon pod waiting to be reborn and they desperately need my help.” He said.
Everyone is shakes their head in protest while Jenna’s group is confused by what Pierce said.
“What year is this?” Abed asks.
“May 9th, 2013.” Past-Abed said.
“Jeff and Pierce’s graduation. Nice choice.” Abed said to Ella.
“Thanks.” Ella said.
“Wait. Pierce graduated too? They left us?” Past-Annie asks.
“Wow, was I a ditz this year.” Annie said.
“Oh, Lord. Please pray for our souls.” Past-Shirley and Shirley said.
“Wait? Why am I still in Greendale?” Pat-Jeff asks.
“You became a teacher here, Jeff.” Britta said.
“What?” Past-Jeff asks in shock.
“Can we get back on topic here?” Eric asks.
“Pierce, don’t write in your will that you want the study room to be turned into your memorial. None of us want that.” Jeff said.
The past study group gasps in surprise.
“Pierce. You were going to turn the study room into a shrine for yourself?” Past-Britta asks.
“What? I didn’t think we would need it afterwards.” Past-Pierce said.
Jenna and Madison look on as everyone in the room starts to argue with Pierce about what he will do.
“This still doesn’t change anything.” Jenna whispers to Madison.
“Oh my god. Jenna, be nice. He is still your uncle.” Madison whispers back.
“Yeah but he is still a douche. All because he could never express his feelings like he does to them. Hell if he learned to be a better person earlier on, we wouldn’t even be in this mess.” Jenna whispers.
“Well we are back about a year from now. Maybe you can teach him to be nice now so that he can accept you in the future.” Madison whispers back.
“No. I don’t think a year from now would cut it and it can’t be me that could teach him that. It would have to be one of his friends that would change him to be responsible. Like…” Jenna whispers before she stops. She is looking at the two Annies. She then looks at Ella’s laptop with the flash drive under Ella’s arm.
“Like?” Madison whispers.
“Would Ella make the controls of her time machine similar to the Inspector Spacetime’s X7 Dimensionizer?” Jenna whispers.
“What?” Madison whispers back confuse by this.
“Alright, I won’t turn the study room into my memorial. There happy?” Past-Pierce asks.
“Nope.” Jenna said as she runs up and grabs the laptop from Ella. She runs off through the back exit of Study Room F.
“Seriously, none of you guys predicted that?” Shirley asks.
“She has the time machine. Get her you guys.” Annie said.
“Epic chase scene!” Eric, Leo, Abed, Past-Abed, and Past-Troy shout together proudly. They run off after Jenna except for the Abed from the present. He is stop by Ella.
“Sorry, we can’t have two Abeds running around.” Ella said.

Jenna rush past the hallway of students as Leo, Eric, Past-Troy and Past-Abed chase after her in hot pursuit. Jenna holds on to the laptop as she notices Change as Kevin walking by. See grabs Chang as Kevin. With all her strength she pushes him to a locker as he hits it and falls in pain. Some of the students are shock by this as Jenna runs off. The students gather around Chang as Kevin as they try to help him. Eric, Leo, and the Past-Troy and Past-Abed stops as they are block by the hallway of students coming to Chang as Kevin’s aid. Past-Abed quickly signals them to a different hallway as they continue their pursuit. Jenna has run outside into the campus grounds as she starts to figure out the laptop.
“Jenna, stop!” Eric shouts as he sees Jenna. He starts to run to her faster.
Jenna press the enter key on the laptop as she brace herself. Nothing happens. She runs into some bushes as a white light is seen coming off the bushes. As Eric, Leo, Past-Troy and Past-Abed reach the bushes, they find Jenna is gone but not the laptop with the flash drive.

“Where the hell did she go?” Jeff asks in anger as he starts pacing.
The three study groups gather around Ella’s laptop set on the old study table. Ella is typing rapidly. Leo notices the die lying on the table, he reach for it but is quickly stopped by the two Abeds. They shake their heads at him, telling him not to touch it.
“Jeff, calm down.” Annie said.
“Well she didn’t return to the future. It looks like she went back in time more.” Ella said.
“You told her that she can’t stop her parent’s death.” Abed said.
“She can’t. Believe me, I tried to stop something like that and it failed.” Ella said.
Jenna’s study group gives her a hard look.
“What do you mean by that?” Madison asks.
“Stop it. That’s not important right now. We need to find out where in time she went.” Annie said.
“Oh, that’s easy. 2009.” Ella said.
The two Jeff’s study groups become silent.
“What day in 2009?” Past-Britta asks.
“September 17th.” Ella said.
“That’s the day we became a family.” Shirley said.
“She went back to kill us!” Past-Pierce shouts in horror.
“Did this just become Terminator?” Past-Troy asks.
“Guys, this is Jenna we are talking about. There’s no way she’s going back to kill you guys.” Eric said.
“Yeah, she just wanted to change Jeff’s attitude?” Madison said.
“How is going back in time, going to help with that?” Past-Jeff asks.
“She said she wanted someone that can change him to be responsible faster.” Madison said.
“She wants to create another timeline.” Abed said, in surprise.
“A timeline, where Jeff is a better person than the real one.” Past-Abed said.
“But a little change with that kind of long term effect could result in a much bigger change.” Ella said.
“One that could damage the fabric of the group.” Past-Abed said.
“That could completely change the results of our six seasons and a movie.” Abed said.
“Or any type of spin-offs.” Ella said.
“It could become the Wilderness Years for us.” Abed said.
“Dorks! Enough with the TV talk. And don’t even start it with me about timelines!” Jeff said.
“So how is time traveling, different than timelines?” Leo asks.
“Knock it off. This is not the time to be arguing.” Past-Shirley said.
“If we wanted to argue, we would go on Reddit.” Past-Jeff said.
“Guys, let’s focus here.” Annie shouts.
“Wait, this is all an imagination. There are no future selves here. This is most likely created from our fear of Jeff leaving.” Past-Britta said. Everyone in the room groans.
“Hey! She has a good point. This could all be-” Britta said before more groans drown her out.
“Now we know what happens when two Brittas meet.” Past-Troy said.
“Okay, so Jenna wanted someone to get Jeff to be a better person. Who in this room can do that?” Eric asks.
“Obviously me.” Past-Pierce said.
“Wait, does Jenna know about the moment?” Past-Annie asks Annie.
“What’s the moment?” The two Abeds asks.
“Don’t worry about it, Abed. No, she doesn’t know. Unless she remembered it during that time I babysited her with Britta.” Annie said in quick realization.
“Are we missing something important that happened back then?” Past-Troy asks.
“Guys, we still need to get Jenna back.” Leo said.
“I can easily do that. We can just come in a second after Jenna time traveled to 2009 and ask her to come back before this moment Annie is talking about.” Ella said.
“You think you can just convince her to come back?” Jeff asks.
“No. All of us.” Madison said. She stands firmly in front of Jeff. “She may have caused a mess but we’ll forgive her because she’s our friend. She never would have done it in the first place if you had been nice to her. I don’t understand what your deal with her, Jeff. Do you see yourself in her or something?” Madison asks.
Jeff could not answer. He looks at his past self and then at all the study group members that are in the room. He looks at his Annie, waiting patiently for his response. She’s giving him that look. Not the Disney face one, it’s her serious face. The look that makes Jeff wants to be a better man. At that moment, Jeff realizes the answer to Madison’s question.
“Maybe because I see so much of me inside her before I came here. She makes me think that there is no way that history can repeat itself like it did for me.” Jeff said.
“But it did. You went to Greendale, met the most important people in your life and came back. You know how much good comes from here. This place is a magnet for people that are broken and it brings out the best in them. This place is more than just some community college. It’s a community. We have to learn to accept the people it brings here, because honestly we’ve all been there. You think none of us would go back and try to change a mistake in our life that we regret? You know perfectly well we would do it the first chance we get. My only regret is that I won’t use that chance to help anyone except myself. You may think she is selfish but you know perfectly well that she’s doing it not just for herself but for all of us. Bring her back so she can finally understand the real you.” Past-Jeff said.
Madison hugs Past-Jeff in excitement. Past-Jeff looks confuse by her as the rest of the people in the room looks tense by this.
“Okay, guess there are things that you can’t do with different study groups. Sorry.” Madison said a bit sad as she lets go.
“So that aside. Let’s do this.” Eric said.
Ella starts typing on her laptop as she gets ready. She looks at the past study group.
“I’m sorry, past study group but we can’t bring you along. I set my flash drive to carry a certain amount of people and I need the space open for Jenna, but it was nice meeting you all.” Ella said.
“Wait. Let us at least say good-bye.” Abed said.
He walks up to Past-Troy. He looks at Past-Abed. Past-Abed nods. Abed and Past-Troy do their secret handshake.
“Aww.” Annie and Shirley said together.
Everyone starts doing their goodbyes to each other.
“Pierce remember, don’t make this room a shrine.” Jeff said shaking Pierce’s hand.
“What about a hologram?” Past-Pierce asks.
“Alright everyone. Time for us to kill this Back To The Future homage.” Britta shouts in excitement.
The groups groan at Britta.
“Past-Britta, if you ever have to say you want to kill a homage, make sure it isn’t something cool like Back To The Future.” Abed said to the Past-Britta.
“And get off the weed.” Shirley said.
“Oh that’s nice.” Past-Shirley said.
“You just that’s nice yourself.” Past-Abed said.
“Let me have my victories, Past-Abed. She’s going to need them in the future.” Shirley said.
Ella press the enter key as nothing happen.
“Oh, I almost forgot. You might want to continue on with whatever you were doing like this never happened. There is no way anyone would believe you anyway. Also about the smell, blame it on a gas leak.” Ella said to the past study group.
The past study group wave goodbye to their future selves as the present study groups brace themselves. A flash of light appears from the laptop.

September 17th, 2009.
Jenna gets out of the bushes at Greendale Community College. The sound of Dean Pelton can be heard in the background as he addresses the students with an inspirational speech. She sees a young Annie Edison walking past a young Troy Barnes looking at a campus map in the distance. Jenna starts to walk to her.
“Jenna!” A voice calls out.
Coming out of the bushes in front of her are Leo, Eric, Ella and Madison.
“Wow, does this place smells like 2009.” Madison said.
“Guys.” Jenna said.
“Don’t. We get it.” Jeff said as him and his study group reveal themselves a bit behind the bushes. He gives her his Winger Speech.
“Jenna, I’m sorry but I could never replace your parents. They hold a special place in your heart and it was selfish of me to push you aside when you needed to be loved. I get it. We all do and I may have been a jerk about it but your family. We all are in our own way. These people right here will forgive you for any of your mistakes because they care about you and I never did. It’s time I change that. Come back. It’s time you get to know the real me. Please, Jenna.”
Jenna looks at Jeff for a moment. She runs to the bushes and hugs Jeff. She starts to cry.
“That’s all I wanted to hear. Thank you.” Jenna said.
“Alright let’s get out of here.” Abed said.
Madison, Leo, Ella and Eric get into the bushes as Annie switches to look out. As Ella types in their home destination, Annie looks at her younger self walking. Everyone’s focus is on Ella’s computer while Annie watches the moment. The Young Annie takes her focus from where she is to look at the center of the campus grounds. There was a Young Jeff Winger walking away from a Young Abed. The Young Annie stops and smiles at the sight of the Young Jeff walk past her before taking her focus off of him as she continues to walks along her way. Annie smiles at this moment as she covers the bushes. The flash of white light appears behind her.

Present Day. The Dean’s office. 0.01 second after the two groups left together to time travel to the past.
The two study groups look around the office.
“Did it work?” Annie asks.
“Yeah, it did” Ella said happy. She turns around from her laptop and rolls back in disgust as it is reveal that Eric and Leo are in their underwear again.
“Seriously?” Britta asks as she takes notice of them.
“Don’t be jealous that we have beautiful abs.” Eric said.
“I’m going to pray for these two.” Shirley said.
“Is anyone else feeling that those flashes reminds you of those lens flares in all those Star Trek movies J.J. Abrams made?” Leo asks as he rubs his eyes.
“Wait a second!” A voice from outside the office cries out.
Gilbert, Brett and Dean Pelton walk back in. Gilbert is looking at a pile of papers.
“I’m sorry to intrude but after reading the will some more, it seems that Pierce meant a hologram of himself set up in front of the library for people to worship before they catch knowledge.” Gilbert said.
“But he already has one there.” Jeff said.
“Oh. Then that means his final wishes have been fulfilled. Sorry about all of trouble. I’ll guess we won’t be working on anything in this place at all. Speaking of fulfilled.” Gilbert said. He grabs Brett’s contract and tears it up.
The groups cheer at the look of shock coming from Brett’s face.
“You can’t do that. I’ll sue.” Brett said.
“Well my brother did know a good lawyer.” Gilbert said smiling to Jeff.
Brett runs out of the room in anger. Gilbert looks at the group.
“We’ll it was nice to see you all again. Also judging from the looks of this, it good to know my brother was right about you, Gay Lawyer friend.” Gilberts said to Jeff as he leaves.
As the group celebrate on their accomplishment. Ella takes the flash drive from her laptop and crushes it with her foot.
“Ella?” Jenna asks.
“It’s for the best, really. I think I realize that we don’t have to hold on to the past in order to accept ourselves and we should just keep moving onwards in life because that’s really is the best thing to do. Besides I can’t trust anyone with this kind of thing in a place like this.” Ella said as she smiles.
Jenna smiles back as the two high five.
“Alright, day seized. Let’s party!” Leo shouts.
The groups cheer at this idea.
“Ohh, I’ll get Startburns to get the stereo.” Shirley said in excitement.
Dean Pelton sniffs the air in his office as he leaves. “Does anyone smell gas? I thought we fixed that.” Dean Pelton said.
Everyone laughs as they starts leaving the Dean’s office for the party. Abed stops Ella for a moment.
“Did we really time travel? How come I don’t remember any of it till today? Wouldn’t I exploit the fact that time travel is possible to get the group to do more insane adventures? How come I don’t use it to spend more time with Troy? Wouldn’t time travel involve hamburgers? If that was me -” Abed starts asking before he is cut off by Ella.
“Abed. Don’t worry about it. We exist to question everything. That’s what makes us such an important part of our groups. We create and build conflicts out of nothing and get people to understand that deep down as sane as we are, we’re just happy to be hanging out in a room full of crazy people. Because those crazy people are our friends and that’s what friends do. Spend time with each other. Whether faced with asteroids or natural disasters, we’ll continue on with our adventures because that is the true canon.” Ella said.
She smiles as Abed is taken aback by this. They start walking out of the office.
“So does that mean that you can make a particular accelerator?” Abed asks.
“What kind? A real one or one made out of Kleenex boxes? Ella asks.

Starburn’s stereo fills the library with music as a party commences. Various students and teachers are partying along with the two study groups. Various things are happening, Abed is dancing with Rachel, Chang and Leo are arguing about their cultures, Magnitude shouts “Pop, Pop” in joy and Professor Ian Duncan and Buzz Hickey are drinking together.
“Do you feel like we just missed something important?” Duncan asks Hickey.
The song changes to Modest Mouse’s Float On. Annie walks out of the library for a moment to get some air. Jenna notices her leave and follows her.
“Hey.” Jenna said as she catches up to Annie.
“Hey.” Annie said.
They are quiet as the music can be heard behind them.
“It’s good to see you and Jeff are in good terms again.” Annie said.
“Yeah, though it’s going to be a long day when we talk to the foster agency about this.” Jenna said.
“You guys will do fine.” Annie said.
They look above where the bright stars in the night sky hang.
“So, how are you coping with all of this?” Jenna asks.
“I don’t know. I’m kind of surprise by Jeff a bit.” Annie said.
“What? That deep down, you know he was a good person all along?” Jenna asks.
“You can’t assume that. The moment means nothing.” Annie said.
“I’m not and you know you’re lying to yourself about it. Jeff and I are family. We would fight and argue but in the end of it all, we would be okay because that’s what being a family is. What you and Jeff have is possibly the best thing there is out of everyone here. He’ll admit that there is something there and he is going to be happy with you more than with anybody else. I just want you to know that maybe it’s all worth it in the end. Whatever happens is your decision. Good luck, Auntie Annie.” Jenna said. She pats Annie’s shoulder as she walks back into the party.
Annie watches Jenna leave as the song plays on. A lone tear trails down Annie’s face.

In Group Study Room F, Abed is telling stories of the study group past adventures to Madison, Eric, Ella and Leo at the Study Table Mark II.
“So I caught the die before it land. If I didn’t, we could have ended up in six different timelines or worst. The darkest timeline.” Abed said.
“Abed, there are no other timelines!” Jenna shouts from her spot at the couch, sitting next to Shirley.
“Give him some credit. These stories are pretty good.” Madison said.
“Oh yeah? Asks him about his film called Abed, or about the time they had a gay bash.” Jenna said.
“Please don’t bring that one up. It took us a while to forget about that one.” Shirley said.
