My first shipment of books came from Amazon today [photo]... It's the five that I ordered with my Visa gift card... I was a little disappointed that "The Reality Dysfunction, Part 1: Emergence" seems to have it's cover bent up a bit (probably happened during shipping. Also, it seems that Amazon put Kare Kano 2 inside the cover of The Collected Poems of W.B. Yeats for some reason... Mystery.
Catch-22 is a lot longer than I thought it would be... Over 450 pages! I should have looked at that on Amazon.com before buying it --not that the length matters, it's just that I thought it was a lot shorter, and was a little shocked when I first saw it!
Now the hard part comes... I should be getting another shipment here in a few days, and then a third one after that! I'll be ending up with 8 books by the end, and I won't really have much time to read any of them for another five weeks or so! >.<
Also, I have to finish "Out" sometime here soon (just 60 pages left to go!) but after that, I've got "The Tao of Pooh" queued up.
Also, MacWorld is today (2006.01.09) -- time to see what crazy things Apple will be coming out with!
