Confession Tuesday: Oh my god it's hot edition.
I Confess:
- That heat like this (100 degrees, with severe humidity) makes me very irrational, and irrationally angry. So much so that I was getting angry at Carrie for not being vocally angry about it. In my defense, I was in a car on a busy highway with no AC.
- That we went to a pond a few towns away for the second day in a row, because we have no other recourse. I simply can not handle being this hot.
- That yesterday, which was also hot but dry instead of humid, actually agreed with me. I love that sort of heat.
- That tomorrow, we're skipping town and heading to my dad's place in NH for an overnight stay. He's away on business, but he's got a big place and an in-ground pool.
- That we just gave in and installed the AC in the window. Hooray, sleeping comfortably!
