Both my friends delivered healthy, beautiful baby girls this week!  One on Tuesday, and on this morning, 10:26 am eastern time.  CONGRATULATIONS!

Went to the beach today, and man my white ass burned... ok... not specifically my ass... just my shoulders and back even though I had on SPF 48 sunscreen, my shoulders were tan AND I wore a long sleeve shirtand/or a towel over my shoulders and back at least half of the two hours we were at the beach.
