Freedom of Speech is Whack

From an Associated Press article about Cindy Sheehan returning to Texas to protest the war:

William McGlothlin of Marked Tree, Ark., said he was visiting his son in College Station and decided to try to see Bush's ranch, then stopped by the protesters' site because he had heard about them and was angry.

"I believe Bush is doing what he should be doing," McGlothlin said. "Freedom of speech is good until it gets out of whack."

So, basically, if your speech goes against the presiding governmental party and it's policies it's "out of whack." To Mr.McGlothlin I reply with a quote from Ben Franklin; "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
