My trip thus far (travel log)
Note: I just talked to Becky and found out our Halloween plans...yay!
Ok here we go:
The plane ride was awful. It was a red-eye and I didn't sleep so as a result, I slept thru my first day in Jamaica. Our suite and resort is awesome. I'm, sitting on the window perch which I love. The second day was relaxing. I had breakfast (did I mention every meal is free and delicious?) and swam, laid on the beach etc. My bed is the worst bed i have ever slept on but I get my own room and bathroom so at least its private. The dreams I've been having have mirrored my feelings as of late perfectly. First off, I've been hit by the carribean fever of love and am very hot and bothered. However, there are no teenage girls so there is no one to get hot and bothered with. Consequently, I live it out only in my dreams. My first dream depicted a caribean liasion i\with a dominique swain look alike. My second prevalent feeling is home sickness. As a result, ,I've been having dreams that have been about me and my friends going out and having a good time. Mainly,they are centered around Kristy, Evan and I for some weird reason. last nite, I dreamnt we saw a Shirley Temple movie and we were all laughing and having a good time. It was nice.
So I love Jamaica but bottom line; I am homesick for my friends and my mom. O h well I am having a good time.
P.S. TODAY I LISTENED TO HILARY DUFF AND YEAH YEAH YEAHS, BELTING OUT EVERY LYRIC FULL BLAST AS THE JAMICIAN RAIN SPLATTERED ON MY WINDOW.
