We're still at the school, but it hasn't been too bad since last night. In fact, it's been damn good. I saw Yuffie just sitting by himself, so I asked if he wanted to share my buffalo wings. We got to talking and he's pretty cool, nothing like Penn. Not that Penn isn't cool, 'cause he is, just in a sweet way. Yuffie's edgier, more my type of guy. So yeah, we're talking and I don't even know what made me ask, but we started talking about things we'd rather be doing if it weren't for this apocalypse. And you know, he's cute and I started flirting with him. What? A girl has needs, apocalypse or not! So anyway, we made a plan to take a road trip if we get through this. Or that was the plan, 'cause then we decided that it would suck if we didn't so why wait to have a fling? And dude, we'd better get throught this alive, 'cause I'm looking forward to that road trip now.
I heard that Ashmore guy is now camped out across the street from the school. So far he hasn't done anything attack-like, but everyone around here is on alert. I guess this is it, then, the coming of the end of this. One way or another someone's gonna win this thing, I just hope it's us.
God, listen to me being all morbid! I know spirits have been low since the attacks last weekend, but man. We've held them off so far and now we're all together, we can do this. Yeah, I know, says the girl who can only carve stakes. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared outta my mind right now. We'll get through this, we will.
