Or he will be within the next twenty minutes.  He's off to pick up a copy of his dad's book (don' t ask me, honestly, he's acting independently of both me and his own common sense) and wander about Diagon Alley a bit.  If you'd like to run into him, please to be feeling free!  There are a lot of you I haven't played with yet and a lot of characters Draco hasn't interacted with yet so let me know if you'd like to jump in. :)  He'll be in a bit of a mood, but he's Draco so you'll love him anyway. >.>
