Medical info: Madara can be affected by illness and poison, although as long as he maintains control over his chakra he can revert the state of his body to the way it was prior to illness. Thus, he is usually in perfect shape and is not likely to die from sickness.
What's okay to mention around him: Only Sasuke, Itachi, and Belial currently know his true identity, and so you'd best not mention his real name or past without damn good reason.
Notes for the psychics: You're not getting in this head. He's a master of genjutsu himself so he can see right through illusions, and his own mind is fortified against invasion. You can sense he has immensely powerful mental abilities.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: You can impersonate him all you want but a bodyswap ain't happening unless you're equally godlike. I wouldn't recommend spitting at him but it's your funeral. Physical assaults, you either have to be lightning fast or he's letting you hit him.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Again, you either have to be lightning fast or he's allowing you to touch him.
Maim/murder/death: I can't stress this enough, you have to be really inhumanly fast to lay a hand on him because his body can simply cease to exist at his will. The way he manipulates time and space makes him virtually immortal, even though he can be killed by someone powerful enough to catch him.
