Er. I actually started writing this entry several hours ago. Last night one of my wisdom teeth started aching, keeping me up until two in the morning. Today I mentioned it to my dad over the phone, and he called to make an appointment with the dentist. In a swoop of good luck, they actually had an opening for right then, so he came and picked me up, and we ran over there.
It was a very quick appointment, in and out in five minutes. It would have been faster, but he was like “You’ll probably use this to get out of school, huh? :D” and I said, “No, I go to an online school.” Then I had to give the whole CMA spiel. I think when you enroll in CMA they should give you a speech to memorize about the school and how it works. Gods know you’ll have to use it an insane number of times.
Anyway, I have an infection in the gum back there, which sucks. I’m now on some antibiotics, which are supposed to help soon. Good, because my mouth is a world of pain. I have no idea how I’m going to eat, since chewing makes it flare badly. I foresee lots of soup in the immediate future.
Because of this, I’m missing the performance with the chorus tonight. No way I’m singing with my mouth in this much pain. I guess it’s kind of good, anyway, since I can go to Japanese after all (talking I can deal with, singing, no). Yay.
All this in time for NaNoWriMo. My life is joyful.
Erm. Kingdom Hearts II is consuming my soul. Or heart, if you want to get technical. I hate Goofy like whoa, and even I got all teary when he got hit upside the head. I take back everything I said about Sora's new voice actor. He is absolutely great. He sounded so freaked out! *sniffle* I get teary just remembering.
And Demyx needs to have his own game, like, pronto. There needs be a third Kingdom Hearts, but it should center entirely on Organization XIII and their wackiness. I bet it would make lots of money!
So, uh, I did the 1000 Heartless challenge last night. Those scenes were awesome. Now to re-do all the worlds. And, maybe actually start Atlantis. I keep thinking I should go there, but I want to know what happens in the main plot!
Gasp. What if they made a Kingdom Hearts movie? HOLY CRAP THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.
I think I’m going to be playing this game many, many times over again. Mmm.
Uh, finally caught up on Heroes. I missed last week’s, so I watched the marathon on Sunday. Claire officially gets points for COOLEST REVENGE EVER. And Hiro is getting freakishly adorable. Seeing him on the screen reduces me to squeaks.
Even Nathan is becoming more likable. I no longer wish immediate death upon him.
And new theory! I think Sylar eats the stolen brains to get new powers. Hey, he said he was ‘hungry.’
Hrm. Watched a bit of ‘Children of the Corn,’ since it happened to be on TV. It was decent, from what I saw. Nothing special. I didn’t get to see the ending, because my mother got home early and refused to watch it, but I could see where it was all going anyway. Meh. I expected it to be scarier from all the hype. I mean, no, I definitely wouldn’t step foot in a cornfield, but I wouldn’t have done that before.
And I watched the Fantastic 4 yesterday. I really, really wanted to hate Johnny. I did! But I couldn’t. He was funny. Anyway, it sucked. Batman Begins was much better.
I’m almost done with the first season of Stargate. Just the last three. It seems like they’re all cliffhangers though, so I need to set aside a few hours for viewing them all at once.
Aaaand I think that’s it.
