Uhmm... somehow this is starting to not sound like a very good idea....
Well, my Dad is is definitely bringing his fishing gear. He promised to teach me how to fish... so Ina-chan is going fishing for the first time! Slimy wriggling fishies caught by equally slimy little worms... yes... that sounds really fun...
But it will be good! This city girl is tough and will not be eaten by bears or cry like a baby at the weird sounds at night in the dark! Hahahahaha.... ha.
At least I'll see my sister again. I do miss her a lot. It's been a boring summer without her, I have to admit. If Jade wasn't around to distract me, I would be taking more and more projects that I can't possibly do... Okay. More even projects that I'm doing now.
Every summer after AN, I usually have 2 or 3 play productions, a couple of workshops, a ton of auditions, a short film or two, winter concert... This year, I actually restrained myself. I just concentrated on writing Harana... and no workshops at all! And of course my fandubbing pet project. Only one movie this year... and a concert in the winter. See? Ina-chan is "restrained".
Anywayz, will be heading off to Killarney Park at 2 AM tomorrow morning and enjoy the beautiful Ontario wilderness with no phone and no internet starting this evening... hmmm... an interesting experience. I just hope I don't go on withdrawal and really do curl up into a fetal ball in the corner of my tent, crying like a little girl...
I'm really worried about the bears. That's all.
Well, when I come back on Saturday... I dunno what time. (I'm hoping to have time to see the giant nickel in Sudbury though. I missed the chance last time... because "someone" forgot her medications in the car and we had to go take that 2 hour drive from Sudbury back to Killarney to deliver it, when I could have been seeing the giant nickel!) I probably won't be able to go back online until Tuesday... Monday evening the latest. I have a film shoot on Sunday, then one final trip to the CNE on labour day. Ah... there goes the summer we never really had.
Ah well... yes. It will be an interesting weekend.
