Disappointments... and then some...
Didn't get to do the ghost walk at the CNE yesterday. Apparently 200 other people had the same idea and all the slots ran out before we even got there!!! Boo-hoo-hoo... (;o;)
Ah well, those are them breaks. My bestfriend and I consoled ourselves the only way girls can... SHOPPING! ^o^. Almost fell into a deeper depression though... there were barely any clothes that were my size. Haaaaa~~~~ ( -o-)=3
It's pretty funny! Just as I think I have no inch of guuurliness in me whatsoever, I go to the outlet section of the CNE and get super excited upon seeing a $10 dress (that was formerly $30). I've been looking for summer dresses all summer and never found one (actually 2!) until near the end of summer in the CNE at all places! Also picked up a 3 of fall kind of jackets/tops for $5 each and shared a 2 for $15 blazer deal with my best friend. I didn't get to find a red coat though, something I have been searching for all year... (and no, my obsession with red outfits didn't start with Hetalia). I've always liked wearing red even when I was a little kid. Earlier in the spring, I found these beautiful spring coats at H&M but they didn't have any more of the red spring coats my size...
Grrrrr... It's so hard to shop for clothes for me. I blame my Spanish ancestors! Asians are not supposed to have such a natural abundance of... assets. Yes, yes, I know I should be thankful that God granted me natural assets that women pay thousands of dollars to have, and I AM GRATEFUL. Its human nature to want something you don't have, I suppose... but I just want to have more clothes that fit DAMMIT!
