Yay Obama!
I just finished watching President-Elect Barack Obama's speech at Grant Park, Chicago and surprised myself. I'm not American, but I cried. :p He really is electrifying. Suddenly, by his being President, the world is a better place.
Once upon a time, I despised Bush so much I swore I wouldn't go to the States while he's President. Not that he would care or anything, I just can't stand the idea of me sort of "visiting" him. When we were planning our vacation last year, Mike wanted to take me to the US because I've never been there before and I was all, um, can we go to Indonesia instead? Now Bush will be gone by January and Obama will be in the White House, and so next time Mike says, Want to go to Las Vegas so we can ride Star Trek the ride? I'll be all, WOULD I EVER!
