How Can You Miss Me if I Won't Go Away
...actually, I was away. I've been in Tucson (because going to the desert in the middle of the summer is a great idea) visiting family. I didn't have much internet time to keep track of all y'all, but I was glad to be available to help 
lostinapapercup with the grand opening of I Need My Fics signups on AO3. That was fortunate! Now I just need to figure out what to request and which fandoms to offer.
In the meantime, while I was in Arizona I did swim every day. Got myself a new rashguard to keep the sun off my back and shoulders, so I'm still the palest person, at least on my back and shoulders! I miss swimming. I miss having access to a pool. When I was growing up, I swam in the ocean every day during the summer.
Oh, nostalgia. The ocean here is way colder than Long Island Sound ever was.
So what are all of you up to? Anything fun? Anyone signing up for I Need My Fics?
