--Last known rent: $1050 inclusive, but probably higher if landlord George has finally listened to his accountant.

--Great location (walking distance to Spadina & Bathurst subways, Annex strip shopping, ect.) but noisy and maybe still hot during the summer. Aircon is included. No laundry.
