imthedeafone: did you listen to what sarah said
imthedeafone: those are my two favorites on the cd, and there's one more, summer skin
imthedeafone: i don't know what i'm doing, i haev so much crap to do and i'm just sitting here
imthedeafone: i'm not even using my computer except to talk to you
imthedeafone: i just turned on the tv because the silence depressed me hahah
arcarii: aw
arcarii: i havent listened to what sarah said
imthedeafone: it's good
imthedeafone: "love is watching someone die"
imthedeafone: And I rationed my breaths as I said to myself
That I'd already taken too much today
As each descending peak on the LCD
Took you a little farther away from me
imthedeafone: It stung like a violent wind that our memories depend
On a faulty camera in our minds
But I knew that you were a truth
I would rather lose than to have never lain beside at all
And I looked around at all the eyes on the ground
As the TV entertained itself
imthedeafone: i think that's my favorite part
imthedeafone: "i knew that you were a truth i would rather lose than to have never lain beside at all"
arcarii: People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that's what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life. A true soul mate is probably the most important person you'll ever meet, because they tear down your walls and smack you awake. But to live with a soul mate forever? Nah. Too painful. Soul mates, they come into your life just to reveal another layer of yourself to you, and then leave. A soul mates purpose is to shake you up, tear apart your ego a little bit, show you your obstacles and addictions, break your heart open so new light can get in, make you so desperate and out of control that you have to transform your life, then introduce you to your spiritual master
arcarii: yeah, he doesnt really have friends, he doesnt do much, his job is mediocre
arcarii: he's not creative anymore
imthedeafone: yeah
imthedeafone: he's lost that spark
imthedeafone: he needs a shake up
arcarii: and thats why i dont really like her
arcarii: like, she doesnt bring the best out of him
imthedeafone: yeah
imthedeafone: that's a great way to put it i think
arcarii: she should be encouraging him to do what he likes to do
arcarii: instead she makes him the way she wants him
arcarii: i dont like that
