I like things when the weather is HAPPY!
new paint! new books! and new clothes. aaaand, now my bank account is too low to pay my student loans! When will I ever learn? part of the problem was looptopia and being in the loop with stores I like open when I was drunk. eeeeeeerrrrrhhhhhhg.
fri. night went to south union arts collective. renovated church with anarchist/outsider/insane-types of paintings and also other types pf artwork on display all about. I spoke with a painter guy who gave me a cigarette, so I gave him a poem. he seemed like a hardass, but also sort of polite.
then yesterday morning I went to a catholic church in evanston for my godson's 1st holy communion! Clark Addison (true cubs fan) is also my cousin, so Mark came with and after MASS we went to lunch w/my aunt and uncle. so weird being in a catholic mass ceremony. I still knew exactly "what to do." all that stuff is implanted in my brain FOREVER. the catholic church got me when I was young, and they still have a little part of me... ohhhhhh you, Pope!
despite option to see ramsey lewis play piano I fell asleep for many hours. then we watched x-files and I got all freaked out!! bedtime. then sunny morning time!!!!
soon lincoln park conservatory for sound artist? and/or frisbee and picnic in park and grass.
