This was absolutely stunning! Wow! I'm with you on the whole Gossip Girl thing. I only ever watched it as mindless entertainment as well and none of the show's pairings ever jumped out and grabbed me. I shipped Chuck/Blair, just because it seemed like it was the thing to do, but was never truly invested in it, but Dan/Blair? Wow, how they've taken over my brain?! Ha, took me four seasons, but I've found my GG OTP. LOL.

Anyway, sorry got sidetracked, back to this fic! I loved how this was written. All the tiny little snapshots and glimpses of how they came together - it all flowed beautifully. You've got both their characters down perfectly. Gosh, and as for a favourite?! I really couldn't choose. I'd have to re-read to give you a proper answer to that. They were all so beautiful and wonderfully written. Although I will say this, you left me intrigued after reading 'snow' as to how Blair finds out about the masquerade kiss, and what her reaction would be, and I was really hoping you'd get back to that at some point, so I was really happy you did with 'music'.

That's exactly how I feel! I'm like, Show, how could you make me care so much? You're Gossip Girl for crying out loud!

I was so afraid about 'snow'! Writing first kisses is soooo hard. I've got like a gazillion of 'firsts' Dair stuff in my head. I also have a gazillion plot bunnies in my head. I just to find a way to write them out just right :)

I'm always so curious about these things. I want to know if people's favourites are the same as mine.
