not the best, but by no means a binge:

breakfast:
1 cup all bran extra fiber (26 grams of fiber! holy shit!)
1 cup light soy milk
(3-5)

snack:
luna bar (dulce de leche, mm)
about 1/5 of a 32oz smoothie (punctured the cup, had to throw away.
(2-4)

lunch:
krishna lunch (about a plate, all together.. but i only ate salad and rice, not much veggies or halvah)
tall sugarfree mocha late
(3-6)

snack:
peanut butter granola bar
6 twizzlers
(3-5 + a stomach ache)

at home:
popcorn with nutritional yeast
(4-5)

dinner:
vegetarian refried bean burrito with copious amounts of great guacamole
about 5 crackers with guac
cup of OJ
(5-7)

at shana's:
pickle
2 brownies
(4-6)

so i'm not proud of yesterday but it was more "normal" where the last few days were resembling dieting. i don't know if i should be after "normal" or "diet" styled eating right now.
