I have plateaued if that is even exists as a verb.
I have changed my diet to include more fiber and is more vegetarian friendly (meat only one meal a day, and only 4 or 5 days a week) cutting out red meat and empty calories. even portion control. I've increased my exercise to approximately 1/2 hour-1 hour daily alternating between strength training and cardio.
What do I do next?
