I was good today at breakfast.  I've been reading up on what's good for breakfast if you're on a raw foods diet, and across the board it's basically fruit.  In smoothies or in salads or however you want them.  Today I had a smoothie with orange juice, peach puree, apple juice, pureed guava, pineapple juice, cherry juice, raspberry puree and passion fruit juice.  It's an Odwalla brand smoothie called Citrus Monster, lol.  Good!  And then I had 2 bananas, which sounds like a lot, but it's really not.  When you're eating raw foods, you have to eat more to get your caloric intake.  The smoothie was only 150 calories and the 3 bananas together are about 100 calories each - so it's a total of 450 calories for breakkie, which is decent. :)  Lunch will be salad or vegetables or both.  And then moer salad for lunch.

I'm listening to Jared and Shannon Leto on Loveline. I love hearing them give advice about sex.  henh henh   And they got the question about whether they're going to tour or begin work on the next album after the European tour, and Jared evaded the question but said they'd be making an announcement about that soon.   I don't know if they are more comfy with working on new songs while traveling or if it'd be better for them if they holed up somewhere..

Oh, and they have pretty voices for radio..
