Ok so yea, I haven't updated in like forever, but that is ok! hmmm... the same basic stuff here. School the main activity in my life.
My painting class is going way better than expected! Rachel has been giving me a lot of encouragement in this area. And she will never know how much that blesses me. She is an artist herself, although she will never admit it, so it really is uplifting when she tells me I am capable of succeeding in it, and encourages me to keep trying. She wants to see my work when she comes at Christmas, which scares me a little, her being the artist and all, but at the same time proud that she does want to see it.
Ballroom Dancing is a blast! I still get the same response from people about this class; whenever I say it they are like, "you are taking ballroom dancing?" with this questioning look on there face or with a laugh. So much encouragement! But anyways, it is going pretty well, I really think I am horrible at it, but is fun none the less. My friend Sarah is also taking the class, so it is great, because we get to hang out the whole time!
At YFC we have some new volunteers from Rose Hulman! They are all so nice, and fun! Most of them seem excited about what is going on and the fact that they get to be involved!
Everything else is going pretty good! There is stuff I am facing, not necessarily bad, but not sure if it is good either. Pretty much I am growing up, and having to make decisions and step into new territory, a little scary. But that is ok, the Lord shall direct me and everything will be alright!!
