Want to run away... except, what good would that do?

Everyday, the hope fades a little and I fear there's just a negligible amount left.

Is it possible to continue living without faith, hope and love?

Ran approx 4k outdoors at lunchtime today (only cos the sun had hidden itself and the clouds had come out to play ;p) and went for Issey's POWER (yes the allcaps is intentional) yoga class in the evening.

WHEW.

My glutes hurt with every step I take and I suspect the shoulders/upperback will be protesting tomorrow as well.

I'd posted an extract of "Vicarious Heartpain" on fb, as a note. Not because I was hoping to provoke a typical comforting response ("YOU'RE NOT OLD, SILLY!") but because I just wanted people to think about it; growing up without growing old. At least for now.
