Get up, take a shower. Get dressed. Look out window. Something's definitely wrong. Still can't place it.
Decide to go for a walk. Open front door. Step out on to porch. Stop.

It's too warm. Wasn't it January just now? Also, didn't she sleep outdoors last night? And why is that her house over there, across the street?
