Summary: He only told Dean one lie. He wasn't who he said he was.

He didn't like lying.
So he told as much truth as he could. He was hurt, and hurt badly, by his abrupt return to Earth.
He did want to help Dean.
He was too weak to heal Sam from the outside.
Sam would reject him if he knew he was there.
He would leave Sam, when Sam was healed, start over, win his vessel the right way this time, no tricks.
He only lied to Dean once. His name was not Ezekiel- Ezekiel was dead. If he hadn't, he wouldn't have been able to help Sam.
His name was Lucifer.

Do I actually think Ezekiel is Lucifer? Not really, because I don't think the writers would come up with that plot twist. But it'd be a lot of fun if they did! Plus, they're at the point in time when Dean was sent forward to 2014. It could happen!
