I've been on Tumblr way too much (stalking my new favourite fanfic author and trying not to be too much of a pest) and I feel guilty about ignoring this thing even though I still use it to post all my fanfic. I don't spam with as much stupid crap as before. So here's a variety of things:
1) I've been spending all my time trying to write stupid Tiger & Bunny fic. By which I mean I'm writing fic about Edward and nothing else and wishing the entire fandom was as singularly focused as I am because: "what do you mean he's not the greatest character ever? I'm sorry, you're wrong. Because of REASONS! I HAVE A LOT OF FEELINGS ABOUT EDWARD, WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR THEM?" So basically the same as I was with 5Ds, just a different one-shot redheaded convict. Seriously, I am not sure why my brain is wired in such a way that I find myself going "who gives a fuck about the actual main characters. Look at this guy who was only in one episode, isn't he the greatest? What is wrong with you, you should all be paying attention to him, I swear I'm the only person with any fucking taste!" Really, this is what goes through my head. I'm pretty sure this is why everyone finds me universally annoying. XD Also, I would like the fic where Edward and Bolger are cellmates, plz. I don't care if it makes no sense. It would be magical and also my birthday is in two months. Just saying. :x
2) I am behind in my ridiculous anime watching. I was keeping up with Zexal (both sub and dub) and Persona 4 but for whatever reason I slacked off again. Which is why there has been no ridiculous recaps of late.
3) I'm halfway through knitting my first pair of socks. I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. Especially since I managed to finish the first one with little to no trouble at all.
4) After much "I really shouldn't"-ing, I picked up Skyrim yesterday and it is even more magical than Oblivion was. I'm not sure why I find myself liking the Elder Scrolls games better than the Fallout ones. Because Fallout is essentially Elder Scrolls - fantasy setting & magic + PostApoc & guns. Which, I love PostApoc and guns. And yet I find the Fallout games insanely difficult to get into (New Vegas was just.... I don't know. I couldn't do it) while Skyrim I'm just running around gleefully. I might have made Bolger as a wood elf. He has a douchehawk and stubble and everything. I think I'm going to play him as a backstabby rogue/thief type. Although I'm mostly playing my "me"-type character. Where I just run around spraying things with magic and hacking at them with a sword and generally living up to "jack of all trades, master of none" I try to do ALL THE THINGS. It fails spectacularly. Although I have killed my first dragon.
