i was listening to the radio on the way home, and they were doing weird news...alright, so the puallup (sp?) school district banned halloween for 3 reasons:
1.It takes away from valuable school time
(first of all, every wednesday is a half day in that school distrrict, so if that doesnt take away from school time, i dont know what does)
2.Not evertone is able to afford a costume
(how hard is it to cut eyeholes out of a sheet?)
3.(i was laughing so hard at this one) They do not want to offend real witches
that is the most retarded thing ive ever heard. because of that last one, a ton of wiccan people called in and said that it didnt offend them, and actually its their biggest celebratio of the year. Its just like new years, but for creepy people who believe that they are witches. some people are just retarded...
