So I've decided that I'm putting aside all my stats and measurements and everything from before today, and I'm completely starting new again. Well, sort of.
The past few days I've been out of control, eating and eating like crazy; but not anymore. School's been closed since...well, for a very, very long time because of all the snow we're getting here. We got roughly three feet Saturday, non of which has melted away yet. I really want to get back to school too because then I sort of can't eat as much because I'm in class. Being stuck at home is terrible. :( Mum makes me eat breakfast and lunch (as well as dinner, but they always make me eat that) where as if I were at school I'd only be eating dinner everyday.
But anyhow, today I'm starting clean. Yeah, I've gained a lot in the past few days, but I'm thankful that it wasn't more since I've been snowed in for so long. And it doesn't help that I'm bloated right now and cravings are driving me insane.
So I'm starting back on my multivitamins and laxatives, and I've already done my yoga workout for this morning. I think I'll target my abs and arms for a bit, then go more general.
