Okay, I've been planning to do this for awhile now, so here are my Top 10 Music Video Picks of 2006! Also, a little disclaimer: these aren't my favourite songs, just my favourite videos. watched a few of them. Not too shabby. The Sigur Ros one was very, very nice, although a little more lighting (or maybe it was the Youtube blur) would have been nice.

I would put "Bones" by The Killers on here over a few of the others. Skeletal singers at a drive-in theater that also features The Creature from the Black Lagoon"? That just spells awesome to me. Then again, it is just me.

I have a confession: I don't like most of the songs by the Killers. They sound too much the same. Although- I did really like the part of "Bones" when they run into each other on the beach and collapse. :)

And... Yeah, you're right- there are other videos that I actually like better than these- I was mostly going for diversity of medium, concept and flow. I didn't want to post videos that were too similar to ones I had already chosen. y'know? yes you do. :)

Oh, the song for Bones REALLY does suck. I will be the first to admit it. Mind you, for their first album, I like almost everything..
The whole "he doesn't look a thing like Jeeee-sus..." doesn't do much for me neither.
The lead singer also could use a nice good and proper shave.

Skeletons are still cool though. :D
