This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character) activity.
Backtagging: Mun lives in a wacky timezone and keeps bizarre hours anyway so absolutely!
Threadhopping: Yes.
Fourthwalling/canon puncture: I sort of operate on the assumption that Murdock would not even skip a beat if someone did this to him in casual conversation, and would cheerfully play along with being a "fictional character" or having another version of himself running around. So basically, go for it! That said, this Murdock is based pre-Season 5 (we do not speak of it) so I would prefer it if you'd avoid discussion of the events of that season, TYVM.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Within reason, violence and language are fine; smut is a personal no-go. I don't have any triggers, though, so no worries there.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character) activity.
With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Yes. He's likely to hug back.
Kissing this character: Cheek/forehead is fine and likely to provoke AW SHUCKS. Lips -- he saves for after the first date. XD
Flirting with this character: Sure Murdock totally has a flirty side himself! Be aware that depending on his terrifically fickle mood he may flirt back, ignore it, or take it and run with it in a bizarre and possibly baffling manner.
Fighting with this character: Sure, but know what you're getting into. Murdock will do his best to verbally defuse a fight but he'll strike back physically if he has to. And he's not as inept at that as you might imagine.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Anything up to mild fistfight-related injuries (blacked eyes, bloodied nose, bruised ribs, etc) go for it. Beyond that, hit me up ahead of time plz. Odds are I will be fine with more serious injuries because I am evil that way I MEAN WHAT.
Killing this character: No. Unless you are prepared to bring him back to life. Then hit me up first and we can discuss it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Reading's fine; I figure he would take this pretty much as he would fourthwalling. :P Mind control = ask first. Also . . . Murdock's mind is a strange, strange place. Bring a flashlight.
