Setup was very impromptu...

1:20am - Bath w/prayer
1:35am - Robe w/prayer
1:40am - Candle and Abramelin incense lit, Resh
1:42am - LBRP
1:55am - Pranayama (6 rounds of 20 out, 10 in alternating ida/pingala) in God posture followed by meditation.

I had suggested a week or so earlier to Frater A., Frater S. that we explore the Enochian system, something with which I had seriously studied but had no solid experience.  Frater A. and Frater S. jumped at the opportunity, having even less or no experience at all.  This is an account f that operation.
